What an outdoor project can cover

An outdoor space earns its cost by how many months of the year you actually use it. In Middle Tennessee that usually means screening, shade and often a fireplace or heater, so the room works in August and again in November.

Structurally these are real builds: footings, framing, roof tie-ins, drainage and often electrical for fans and lighting. Tying a new roofline into an existing one without creating a leak is the part that separates a porch that lasts from one that does not.

We also handle deck repair and rebuilds, including the structural work on elevated and rooftop decks.

Estimate & Site Visit

Tell us about your project and we will call you back. In most cases the estimate is free, and we always recommend seeing the space in person

Pre-Construction Meeting

Your project manager walks the house with you, then plans, orders materials and schedules the work around real lead times

STEP 03

Construction Begins

Crews work 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Expect on-site visits from your project manager and a progress report every week

STEP 04

Punch List & Sign-Off

We walk the finished project together, agree one shared list of final details, complete them, then close out with a final invoice

Are estimates free?

In most cases, yes. We like the chance to talk through process, timing and the financial side so you can make an informed decision about your project. Even if we do not end up working together, we want to be a useful resource while you navigate the planning stage.

Can you give me an estimate over the phone?

A phone call usually gets us a good way into the bid, but hard numbers are difficult to pin down until someone has seen the space. We strongly recommend a site visit wherever possible. Our standard hours are Monday to Thursday, 8am to 4pm, and Friday, 8am to 3pm.

Do you provide design or architecture services?

Not in house. We do collaborate with architects and designers across Middle Tennessee on projects of every size, and we are happy to share a list of the people we know and trust so you can find the right fit for your project.

Do you handle permits and inspections?

Yes. As your general contractor we stay current on building codes and regulations, pull the necessary permits, and schedule the inspections that keep your project compliant with local code.

What happens when something unexpected comes up?

Construction throws curveballs, it is the nature of the work. We raise the issue with you quickly, lay out the options, provide a revised estimate, and adapt the plan together rather than pressing on and surprising you later.

What warranty do you offer?

Our workmanship warranty covers one year from the date of substantial completion, and we reserve the right to correct deficiencies beyond that period where they stem from neglectful workmanship.
